Blood Wood It was started before I went to the Keys. But due to battle between the F Clamp and a 1/8" Ball nose it had to wait until I returned and a new bit was in the mail box.

Anyway here it is.

Since this was asked at SMC. I'll post the info here too.

Ok

I used a 1/2" Ball Nose roughing. With default stepover, and speed.

Then a 1/8" Ball Nose with a 5% stepover @ 8 ips and 2 ips on the Z

The blank size was 13.5" x 16" Bloodwood.

I didn't do anything accept load the file make it 12" x 16" and ran it. So the depth is what you had it set at James J.

Thanks for the file, learned a lot playing with it.

OR in my case......

Angus, can you make one for me. A CAMhead crushing a Bothead. Since I have both machines in my arsenal I should be entitled to dual logo-ship!

BTW, nice work on the real wood. I often get scared when I hear the words "real wood" and "piece" in a sentence on a forum. Good thing it was bloodwood and not morning wood! [lol]

Anyway, nice job, the "piece" looks great!
