Hey yall!

My Name Is Steve Lynch.

I Have actually had my CNC now since the Middle of July, But I just found out about this forum recently.

I've been using my machine to cut ABS, Acrylic, Wood, and aluminum for making Custom Photo Booths, and Speaker arrays.

We use it in many different ways, and we're still super Newbs designing projects that are a bit over our heads.

This is my first CNC, I bought a new Stinger 4x8 model, and I love it.

I had a project in mind for it, so I convinced my wife to let me buy it, and It paid for itself in 2 weeks!

Aside from being a money making machine, this thing is the coolest toy I've ever owned.

The thing that still fascinated me the most is the ability to cut perfect circles...

Yep.. Just circles... That will never cease to bring a smile to my face.

Well, I look forward to asking a million questions, and learning from you camheads who actually know what you're doing!

Thanks!

Steve!!!! See what I get letting Luke do your training? Man CAMheads is where its at. The guys here will take good care or ya. You will make good friends here in the forum. We have guys that live all over who have traveled to shows and training classes that have a face to face re-pore. Mick from WA state. TR (aka the old man) from the great white north etc.. etc... All here pull of the strengths of the others. Glass work, sign making, 3D, Cabinets, you get the pic. Now it sounds like we have a bonafide circle expert [lol]

Thanks for joining the family here. Come back often and post often. You will reap the rewards.

Glad you like the Stinger!

Oh you may have a Cobra in Buford soon.[cobra]

Welcome to the forum Steve.
Like Joey said, no matter what you need, there's someone on this forum who can help you with it.

I've been through Buford ..... came through there on the way home from a signpainter's event in Suwanee back in '06. Nice part of the world, but crowded.

If you ever need help with a sign, feel free to ask..... I'll help if not too busy.
Hear that, Tony? You haven't been forgotten.... Busier than a 4 handed pickpocket at a Shriner's convention.

Hello Steve, and welcome to the best forum on the web for C.N.C. woodworking information.
[book]
There is loads of ideas that come the guys here at Camheads. I usually come away from this website with more ideas to make items with my Camaster, because of the great woodworking brains that are a part of this forum.

Thanks Guys!

Robert, Initially I thought your work was creepy, but then I started reading your threads.. You have a very big heart, And you do impressive work.

Projects like that take on a whole new dimension when you add the TLC you put into them.

I have much to learn!
