I need a bigger dog house.

I just recently became a member of the Beta Fabricator Network for Physical Design Co. and have been asked to cut several of their designs.

The first was this Dog House. It cuts out of 4 sheets of material I used cheap CDX ply for this one.

And knocked it out in a few hours. We were going to assemle this Saturday but ran out of time.

I didn't create the files they just sent me .SBP files and JPG's of the AutoCad drawings so I could put it together.
I was a little skeptical at first of running a blind tool path. But found out the TP files were generated by Bill Young so I let'em fly. And learned that even with a 12"Z and only PC router I get great edges @ 10 ips ( yea I didn't look at them in preview or editor til after the first sheet)
