I called up Joey this morning out of the blue on the slim chance that he might be able to help me with a problem I was having with my ol' Warthog router. He was able to trace my problem to a gimpy pin on my computer to CNC cable in mere moments with a few well placed strokes of his keyboard.
For a company to act like this to a total stranger who just happened to roll the dice and ask for assistance on the off chance that they might know how fix my problem is unprecedented.
Needless to say, I am both impressed and grateful.
That's the kind of service that will win my business any day.

Yup. Worked like a charm.
I've been making metal chips without a hitch since we spoke on Tuesday. Working through a slew of backorders and doing daddy daycare at the same time, so I haven't had much spare time to post. The power company taking 7 weeks to complete a project they said would take 2 didn't help anything.
I'll throw up some pics and projects once I get over the hump later this week.
Thanks!
Brian

I may have a fix for you. teach your kid or kids to run your machine. [lol]

I'm glad the grounding worked. talk to you latter.

I've tried that, but I get in Dutch with the missus when she finds metal chips in Jr's diaper.
