A customer sent me a photo of a corbel and asked me if I could reproduce it proportionately in size to a length of 19 inches. I said, "Of course I can!"

2 days later the corbel arrived and I reproduced it for them. CAD Time was less then 2 hours.

5 Corbels in paint grade maple on the CAMaster 4th Axis.

Machine cycle time is 1 hour 38 minutes each with 2 hours of finishing prior to shipping.

What is the difference between the little engine and the big engine?

The little engine says, "I think I can, I think I can!"

The big engine says, "I know I can!

At 19 inches in length, it is safe to say these are manly corbels!

Nice work. I've got a corbel project in the hopper for my brother's house. I'm going to do them as a 2 1/2 axis project as we are trying to match some that are 16"x16".

Notice the brand placement plug for CAMaster in the photo?!? I thought the photo turned out pretty good by staging the corbels that way!
