Tomorrow I am off to secure a trailer for move from GA. to INDY. On the 27th.
My wish is to see the machine run in the am on the 27th and then load it up in the late am or early pm. spend the night locally and then head home on the 28th.
I believe that the machine weights around 1700lbs. I think i am going to get a open trailer and tarp the hell outa the thing.

Keep Cutting

Tell everyone I said thanks for the hard work on my machine.

Got the trailer reserved today, I choose one with a ramp, deck size 6x12, 2100 lb weight limit.

Joey: Got any recommendations on a local hotel?

Did mach3 install ok on the box I sent?

I am leaving Friday to Huntsville AL. And I will head out around 9am monday from Huntsville to Camaster to pick up my new machine.
I am extreamly excited, so this will be a very long week.
My wife and I got time off from work, hotels set, trailer on reserve,
just did a check up on the van, so I'm all set to go.

Hi Oh Great Cut One !
I am experiencing a Z problem and was hoping you could help me out. I am cutting 3/4" birch plywood that is .741" actual thickness. My final pass is at
.7663. This does not exceed my maximum depth allowed into the spoilboard setting in cabinet pro. The two sheets I cut late yesterday afternoon did not cut all the way through until I edited the z depth to .80. I put on a new spoilboard that I milled on both sides to make sure that wasn't the problem. Today, I cut the first two sheets and they cut great. The next five wouldn't cut all the way through. Things that make you go HMMM! Could really use some help on this one
Thanks!
Keith

Does you cnc have a air calender mounted on it to help the Z motor with the weight?
