here is recent file of sail boat (Vectorart 3d) 1/8" taper bit from onsrud, cut 3d file into vcarve pro, 10% stepover, file is 12" tall by 21" wide set .625 deep,

material is 1" thick yellow heart, light 180 grit sanding, one coat of laquer

installed sign to follow

That looks great how much maching time and what 2 bits did you use

took about 1 hour and 50 minutes, 1/8 taper ballnose for carve ans 1.4 endmill for rough. see you in the am

Well, here is my first attempt at 3D. Jim you da man... Josh you could be a close second

2 Hours on the CNC (50 mins rough cut using 1/4 end mill bit and then 1 hour 10 mins using a 1/8" taper ball nose) about 30 mins to sand, stain and varnish

we have a large project in which aspire, the camaster routers and cpp are being used extensivly, here are some columns that will be used in a vanity in a moorish detail bath.
