Just thought I'd show a few pics. This is the breadboard that Tim Merrill posted on the vectric Aspire forum (Thanks Tim!). Cuts great on the stinger II in Lyptus. Popped out a few for holiday gifts this year. Great machine! Lots of fun.

The last two photos are right off the machine without sanding, finishing, etc. The first photo is the final product.

Boy that is nicer than sliced bread! [lol]
Great concept with the pattern. You have taken an otherwise ordinary everyday item that one would find in a kitchen and turned it into a beautiful and functional piece of art.

Only problem, it is too nice to use! Great project, thank you for sharing this.

Thanks Guys. Again, I don't deserve most of the credit here. The original design was from Tim Merrill and he did a great job. You can download his version on the vectric aspire forum. I just scaled and adjusted a few things and the Stinger did the rest of the work.

Thanks, though.

Nice bread board. But once your friends and family find out what you can make. You will be getting all kinds of requests to make other items things for them.:):)

Another finished project. This was a modification of the quilt rack design on the shopbot website. Cut and carved out of white oak. I redesigned some of it to make the toolpath more efficient and add the v-carving, etc. My mom just turned 70 and this was a gift for that occasion. Easy as pie on the stinger and with Aspire!
