Vacuum Box

I needed a box to hold foam as I cut and Jim and I came up with this. The glue isn't dry yet. I'm using rigid shop vac which works great to keep the foam down. Going to caulk all edges and seam joints then spray the bottom and sides to seal it up nice and good.

That vacuum box looks really interesting. I just need to figure out how it works. That would be nice on a small scale for my router too. I have a small vacuum pump that I use on my wood lathe with a vacuum chuck. Same idea should work with router.

I will ask Joey how about the theory of the mdf vacuum table.
