4rth axis wrapper program

It works tonight we tested the 4rth axis wrapper program

1- determine circumference of stock

2- make file in vectris the width of circumference

make .tap gcode

3- import and convert in wrapper

4- save file and run on lathe

i really could not believe how simple this was!!!

That's great. Do you have a photo of the finished piece? If so, get it up man, we are waiting here with baited lathes man!!! :D

paul and i are working on this, and so far so good will post pics soon, i have been asked to be involved in some pretty cool projects on of a scale where we will be using the five camasters in our area just to finish, oh and kieth if you read this i have not called you yet but you are in on this!!

sorry for the delay in photos, it has been cold here and what time i have had is spent making money, we worked out the math of the program but paul and spoke last nigt and have yet to get back involved at the same time, still working on the low tech method !!
