Nice Jim, what material did you use for the mold and what did you have to do after to prepare it for thermo?

the mold/plug was mdf, i will ask david in the am but i believe it was done as such

Yeah, I'm a little into the scifi thing. He looks cool next to the half scale B9 robot from Lost in Space. I actually do quite a bit of thermoforming, including a 2ft diameter Jupiter 2 ship from the same show.
