  • WinCNC Freezing up during a run.

Anyone having issues where you CNC stops in a run? No error messages come up it is like you paused it. Problem is Spindle motor stays running and you are not able to abort. The only way to get out of it is force a shutdown. Michael updated the software but it still seems to do this at least once a week until today it has done it more frequent. Also sometimes even when you force shutdown the motor is still running when you turn it back on. Tried calling in but support messages are full and not taking any. Left email. Hope someone else might be having this issue and can help.

Yep, Original Camaster Computer. I have had this issue off and on for about a month now. Only had mine operating since June. I have checked the cables but today will unplug everything and re do all connections and go from there.

Check for dust infiltration, too, including in the connections.
