2013 Cobra 510 Vacuum Gate

Hi all,

I recently started working for a new company and I'm running a 2013 Cobra 510.
When I leave the vacuum pump running and open the gate to release the vacuum It's still drawing
suction through the table. Granted, it's not enough to prevent me from removing
the parts from the table but it's enough to where I can't slide a new sheet of material
freely on the spoilboard.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so what was your work around or fix for this issue?

The gate is the culprit , is it an automatic ?

It is not. I click the gate button on WinCNC to activate it on or off

not familiar with "controlled or powered gates", mine are manual. but are you sure that you don't open the gate to allow vac to pass to the table, and close it to stop it?

Check and see that the slide area of the gate is not caked with dust preventing full closure
