hiWin bearings?

I don't have a Cobra .... I have the predecessor to the Stinger 1 .. the 2nd last Mini Cobra they made.
I'm getting an odd ( & new) noise when I raise the Z axis. Might that be the bearings? Are they easy to change? I have spares ......

Bearing click when dry,,,, lube with 3n1 oil,, if you hear grinding replace

Thanks Jim. I I lubricate with 3in1 all the time. this doesn't really sound like "grinding" but I think I'll replace it anyway.
