I'm being asked to cut some thin sheet material on our flatbed. It's 0.015" galvanized sheet material, Like you might use in HVAC ducting. The cuts are simple enough, just 35.5" squares. Anybody ever cut anything like this on their router? I have the 5hp spindle and good vacuum.

I have cut thin metal laminates with the cnc, not sure about Galvanized
