Nice work, Seth. You certainly have some design skills.. Nice choice of fonts & you don'y have everything crammed in there...... in other words, nice use of negative space.

Really nice sign...love the font choice.

I see the blue mask. I have the same type I think.

When I use the mask, I can only use v-bits and it makes nice clean cuts around the mask. But when I use end mills, the bit tears up the mask so much it's not useable and I end up taking off the mask, painting by hand, and making a mess of things.

Is this the same for everyone or is there a way to use the mask with end mills so the mask isn't all torn up?

              Thanks...

It depends. If you have a good sharp endmill and you put the Ora 813 on nice and even. With hdu you have to wash the board really good and let it dry! If it's wood remove all dust and debris and press it on. That stuff sticks great to wood! So if you do the correct steps you shouldn't have any problems. Also use a down cut endmill the up cut will make it tear.

THANKS! I think I'm using up cut EMs. Next go round I'll try using a down cut to see how that works. It is wood and I do a good job of cleaning and sticking the mask nice and even and smooth with no bubbles. I rub it on well and even apply roller pressure for a tight fit. But down cut certainly sounds like good advice. THANKS AGAIN!

Depending on the End Mill cut... use a V-Bit before to just break the Mask surface. Anotherwords run an inside/Female 'cut' with a V-bit about ~1/16"

Then run your End Mill as you normally would.
