Essential tremor

I'm 68 and while this question is not truly cnc related, the main reason I bought my Camaster was because I have essential tremor and did not want to give woodworking which is in no small part why it has taken me 4 years to get the new shop done and the SR48 ready to run. The side effects from the meds I've tried were worse than the tremors and I am looking for opinions on supplements such as Tremadone. Admin please remove if not allowed. Thanks.

Ron I got into cnc for more health reasons than i did cnc reasons, it was safer for me. Not sure what the question is yet i can relate

Jim I'm sorry to hear that. I'm just looking for opinions from members here who have tried or know someone who has tried over the counter supplements to relieve essential tremor. Mine are getting worse and while the meds work, I stopped taking them because of their side effects.

gout, arthitis, dibetes bad joints but no tremors yet, you are in my prayers

You as well. I have Klinefelters which is the likely source of the tremors. Also bad joints and arthritis, but have had good results from using Hempvana on my hands and knees. A friend also suggested that I try THC creme for those and now that I no longer have a commercial truck I can get a medical marijuana card.

The doctor told my friend to drink one beer per day for his tremors. Seems to help him pretty good, but DYODD.

Thanks but not doing that. My first and last beer was in 1975 and for the life of me I can't understand how anyone actually likes the taste of that stuff.
