Hey Smbobby. I got my Trupan Ultralight (1" x 5' x 12') at A&M Supply Corp in Charlotte. Looks like they have an Atlanta location.

I have never seen the lightweight MDF in any of the 'borg...it's a specialized product. But perhaps a local HD might carry it if there is a lot of demand in their local marketplace.

Home depot carrys what they get from distriburors, as long as it qualifys as MDF, if the board is dark brown it has more binder and can be good for carving as it is closer to HDF, if it is Yelow/tan to light tan MDF has more breathability and i have used it for spoil board. I never use the darker it is far denser. Trupan is a brand name along with plum creek that Mfg a LDF for spoil boards. I just got off the phone with A & M in Charlotte and they are selling "MDF" for spoil boards and are getting some grief over the breathability from the larger plants.

Key word is darker ain"t good, Home depot does list a Trupan LDF yet it is probably not stocked and is not what they are selling
