  • Where copper braid exits for grounding

    Hello,
Hope y'all are well. Working on grounding here in the next week or so. I have a 30ft copper braid. To ground it back to the dust collector, does it matter at all if it pokes out of a hole I drill at A or B in the photo? Then it'll come on up to the circled area where I'll remove the panel, ground it to the grounding screw in the motor, then close it up.

it won't make much difference, other than ease of installation or dissassembly later. but the longer inside the channel the better...
