  • Camaster customer service

I want to share my experience with Camaster excellent customer service. I got stinger II delivered in April. There were some problems in machine. I troubleshooted with technical support but problems persisted. I talked to Mr. Thomas Mwangi, Camaster owner. He sent technical support personnel (Mr. Kodie) who fixed it. Mr. Mwangi paid for air travel and hotel accommodation expenses for Mr. Kodie I am very thankful for Mr. Mawangi (camaster owner), Mr. Cody Smith (sales), Mr. Kodie and Mr. Buchan (technical support) for their help and excellent customer support. I have never heard or experienced this kind of support. I am sure it would have not been possible with any other company. I am very happy and feel blessed to be a part of Camaster owners. Thank you again CAMASTER.

It is always nice to hear the good instead of always hearing the not so good.

They have always helped me thru technical issues and are a good company to support and work with. They build great machines, that's why I bought a 2nd CAMaster last year.
I don't care which machine you buy, it's still an electromechanical tool. Electrical stuff goes wrong and mechanical stuff goes wrong on EVERYTHING eventually. It's the support that makes a huge difference in a company.
