  • SketchUp to CabinetPartsPro

Here is a quick preview of what I have been working on. This video shows how you can get from SketchUp to CabinetPartsPro. Looking like this is going to be a very affordable way to get from design to your CNC. More to follow in the coming weeks.

Intriguing. Looking forward to more details. Parametric/Dynamic components in Sketchup are a nice approach.

Was that Cabinet Sense you were using? Do you have to have the pro version of sketchup for that?

        Brian,

I only used SketchUp and CabinetPartsPro. I created cabinets then made them into a dynamic component. I will soon have a training video showing how to create a dynamic component. You do need to use a desktop version of SketchUp for dynamic components and extensions to work. The last free Desktop version of SketchUp I believe is 2017. I think you can still download SketchUp 2017 from the website.
I am building a library of dynamic cabinets they can be seen SketchUp’s 3D Warehouse if you search CabinetPartsPro.
