problem updating tool database to server

Hello,
Hope you're well. I'm having an issue updating the tool database to the server on vcarve pro. I'm logged in both in the program and on the web browser. When I try to upload it, it just says 'failed to upload the tool database to the server.' I've never seen this error before. After looking at this:

I wonder if the attached screenshots might have anything to do with it. For whatever it's worth, I recently added the vectric laser post processor.

We ran into a similar issue this week. Maybe it was a server issue on their end.

Have you tried checking your internet connection to ensure that it's stable and working correctly? Also, have you attempted to update the tool database at different times of the day? Sometimes, updating during off-peak hours can help. Regarding the screenshots you attached, it's possible that they might have something to do with the error you're encountering. Have you tried reaching out to Vectric's customer support team for further assistance? On a side note, I recently stumbled upon a great and affordable media server from https://flussonic.com/flussonic-media-server/. Perhaps this could be a solution to your database upload issues on VCarve Pro.
