It gets better Jim. I had my right knee replaced for the 2nd time in January and only missed 1 month work, and I work on helicopters and airplanes. Just do the physical therapy.

Now I feel like it is off to the races.

'Hope your recovery goes quickly...but those new joints should really liven things up so you can move without consuming massive vats of analgesics. :)

I also look forward to knowing what the plan will be for 'Camp.

I have had my surgeries and am walking on both legs.. I am going to set a date after the holidays and hopefully this CV will subside. SC is fairing better than many other places but it is still nothing to Ignore

Still planning to hold the Camp. I was ready to go when the state shut Us down, We had rented the space and the toilet trailer along with other rental items. We were unsure as to when we could hold it (Summer 2020) so that is the current situation only 4 opted not to go forward and were refended a reduced rate,, all 75 remaining are garanteed a seat I hope by sept oct 2021

the vaccines are working and i hope we are ready to announce early to mid summer

We have been working on a fall Date, Here in SC we are having the same results as texas and florida with the Covid, If we can do a date in November we will otherwise it will be April 2022. We will hold the camp again. We have spent what was ready to hold the original 2020 camp yet we were so close when the shut down happened, i have made partial refunds to 4 persons yet most all wanted to keep their seat for the next camp. if i do a refund the seat will not be held as i have a longer than needed waiting list of those who want to come. I can safely say with a spring date i am more comfotable as getting the Vectric Crew here will be a better option

Aspire camp is an educational get-together that features speakers on various topics, displays of peoples' work, some vendors, a lot of "commiseration" with each other and, of course, good food. The presenters come from our community as well as Vectric. It's not a super formal thing...Jim puts on "good southern hospitality".
