I am developing a new business called Create It !

Go to Facebook and search Create It in McHenry, IL. The business model has now evolved into a makerspace where we can make high-end and unique products out of wood and metal. Everything will be very high quality and will also include extensive art and painting capabilities. I am looking for partners, master craftsmen looking to sell their products and anyone interested in being involved in very high quality, entrepreneurial, creative and unique items. Do you have to operate out of the facility, or can you deal with a distributed production model?

I can handle a distributed production model as long as it is very unique and of very high quality. Why don't you send me some ideas of what you are thinking about.

I looked your pics. Great looking building. You need a killer sign on that old brick building. I happen to know some of the best sign makers in the US and they are based in Illinois. PM me if you would like to connect with some of them. Keep us posted on what you end up doing here.

John, I've been thinking about Etsy, but I think my stuff might be a bit on the expensive side to do well there. Is my work something that you might be interested in selling from there? ( please see attachment) These are designed to fit a standard size shipping box, & I keep a small inventory ready to put the house # & the main colour on .........
They're all in Corafoam so I don't have to deal with the Lacey Act.

I may as well pay you a commission as someone else........

I would also be willing to sell files for making the rocking chairs, but you'd probably have to come for a weekend course and learn how I set up my jigs in order to use those files. I've actually been considering a 2-3 day course on jigs and inlays, focussing on those rocking chairs and stools.

When and how much, I am ready to come to your course. I get my Stinger IV next month and would love to come visit you, learn about your jigs, how you build them and to start building your stools and chairs.
