  • VECTORCLIP3D 3D Models

I'm now on my second year as a member at vectorclip3d.com. This is a excellent way to build up a 3D model library. Norbert is a honest hard working graphic artist. The site works on a yearly membership of $295.00 for a limit of 10 downloads a day with a possibility of 3650 files within the year. He offers his models in 4 different file formats STL/RLF/VNA/PTN. Check him out.

I tried open and import all 4 file formats and none worked with Aspire. Am I doing something wrong? Free samples that is....

To import into Aspire, under "File Operations" use "Import vectors from a file"
      I brought in as EPS.

STL should work, you gotta set up a new file, then file/import component

at the download command you have a choice of file structure,

SAVE AS a .stl not an rlf (Artcam)

open aspire create file, go to modeling select "Import a Component or 3d file" then select the .stl you saved

if it is a zip you will have to unzip it then import (I use chrome and WIN 10)

From what I see the free files that are 3-D are in the RLF file format..which is not a file format that can be imported into any of the Vectric program..

You will need ARTCAM to open the file...Sorry for the bad news..
