Can someone clarify exactly what Smartcore is? I think it was introduced last year for the Cobra, but now listed for the panthers as well. What technology actually is it? The website doesn’t state it very clearly. Thanks

It's CNC control software...while Camaster has historically used WinCNC, they have moved to the "even more industrial" SmartCore controller for the Cobra and Panther to better support production users. In general as a user, the controller will do the same stuff from your files that WinCNC does, but more efficiently, especially with the advanced servos on the big machines.---
