Guys...
Here's a peek at last weekends project for the shop. Its a drill machine that will be put to use drilling control box backplanes to enable component mounting. Had most of the stuff on hand and I'm trying to decide if that's a good thing.

Nice looking machine Gary. I think the things you do (and know) are amazing. In the spirit of constructive criticism: in a video like this, I would rather hear the machine running rather than listen to music.

I agree, so would I, and I usually do. In this case an air exhaust port was blowing right at the camera mic and it sounded like it was on a cell phone in a hurricane. Add to that the compressor cycled on about 3/4 of the way thru.

And another reason... in some cases a person that wanted one of these can figure out the air circuitry by listening to the cycles, at least I can and have. I would rather sell these machines than teach the DIY crowd how to build them.

I kinda like Huey Lewis! I bet if you offered him that drill-o-matic in lieu of royalties he would let you use his music! Why, he could use it to drill the center holes in LPs....I hear they are making a comeback! (LPs...not Huey Lewis)
