Great work Michael your talent never ceases to amaze me. What is the mask material? It looks like plaster. Did you do any hand work on this ? For the models you sell what information do you include?

        Brian,
The Model was made for my clien,,t Art Sign Works,
They cut if from 15 lb HDU and painted it for the finish.
They also made one with a antique bronze finish...

All I did was make the 3-D stl file...

I'm not sure I understand your question about model I sell.
Most of my work so far has been custom, where the client tell me what they want.
I'm coming out with a line of unique models in the fall which will include the basic info, such as average size and thickness, but , as we know, that can be adjusted in most modeling programs like Aspire.

Just a quick sample for an up-coming woodworking project.
          Quartersawn white oak. 7" x 20" x 1"

Made mostly with two rail sweeps.
1/8" ball nose finish, about 3 hours....trying to improve the time

          Will keep you posted.

Michael that's very nice. It looks as if you carved by hand.

That quarter sawn oak is so much nicer than the plain sawn lumber you normally see. In addition to being considerably more attractive, I think it actually carves better too.
