Those are some neat corner pieces. Did you cut the dados on the table saw before cutting the contours, or did you cut those on the CNC as well?

Love them. I am planning something similar for a cabinet under a table, but didn't think to have dado joints to strengthen them. Well done!

Gotta ask, what is that crate for?

Very cool Nick. Did you use the rotary to cut the slots? You said two sided cutting but couldn't see how you did the slots?

Thanks guys. I did use the table saw after I cut the contours on either side. It was the quickest way I could come up with for this one off piece.

You can see the billet the corners are laying on and here is a shot from it on the machine.

Russell, I am very fortunate to have a solid relationship with Limited Brands. Victoria’s Secret is my main clientele.

The crate is for Pink part of the brand if you are familiar.

I typically only do prototype fixtures but on occasion I will do small production runs. We have shipped stuff all over the US and even into Canada!

I also work closely with another fixture company that supplies metal bits and parts. I have done things for Express and also Whole Foods grocery with them.

It keeps my two man shop busy! We are going to try to add on to the shop this fall if we don't run out of time before winter sets in!

I'm not familiar, but I can guarantee I'm a fan.

Have you ever seen the sweat shirts with the word "Pink" on them or perhaps on the butt of a gals sweat pants?

              That is VS- Pink
