HELP! Servo Troubles

Tuesday I got an error on my machine, Y servo tripped. We’ve moved wires around to see if that would show us anything, the “Y” gold box light does not come on. Called Camaster and was expecting an email about getting a replacement but haven’t heard back from them yet. Anyone have any ideas on what to do next? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the fuses? Shut machine completely down and re-power?

We had but we did again . . . unfortunately it was not the issue. So, we're waiting from Camaster to get back with us. Thank you for trying.
