Video Wall
Ok calling all CAMheads. I have just posted a new video wall on our site. this will be a rotating page where once a month I update the links. I am asking all in the land of yellow to grab there cameras and lets flood the net with what we can do with the machines. I am not asking it to be Lucas Arts quality just a 45 sec to 3 min video of your machine running a part and then showing the part after. Load up the video to you tube and let me know by posting the link here. I will pull more and more video to build the wall.
Please put a breaf discription about the feeds and speeds what material and such so we can get a good idea of the jobs.
Thanks so much

My casket video.
This is a video of the casket that I did.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_DTh7PmKN4
My cutting settings were around 12,000 to 16,000 r.p.m. depending on the part and bit. Speeds were around 120 to 200 i.p.m. for most of the plywood, but over 300-400 if I remember correctly for the top m.d.f. section. I have been grabbing some shavings at the first of a cut and look and the thickness and feel if it is warm.
I used to use a calculator to figure feed and speed, but now I can tell if it is the right speed by the sound of the bit, and if the chips are chips and not dust and how warm they are.Proud owner of a Camaster Cobra 410
