Dust Collection Hose Bracket

So several months ago I saw a thread where someone had created a file for a bracket that would mount to the Gantry to support the dust collection hose and i didn't think to download it at the time. I've searched but can not come up with it. Anyone happen to have it or know the thread?

I made one for my Stinger and a few members have made it for their machines.
I'll upload the file to this thread. I used 1/4" acrylic sheet but you could make it from some thin plywood too.

Sorry about the slow response but here is the dust hose support I built for my Stinger 1.
See attached file (HoseSupport.crv). Note the acrylic thickness in the job setup and update that as required for the material you have.
Only 1 bit is needed - a 1/4" upcut O-flute if using acrylic sheet. You could also use thin plywood, etc..
Also note the small .27" mounting hole in the part.
I drilled and tapped a shallow hole at that location in the spindle support bracket for a short (1/2") long 1/4-20 fastener.
I did NOT need to drill all the way through that top aluminum plate since I have a 1/4-20 bottom tap. You only need a few threads cut.
The pocketed area is the bottom of the plate and it fits onto the spindle support.

I got rid of the HDPE one - too much static - and moved to one created with two 3/4" thick Baltic Birtch plywood sandwiched together. So it's just under 1.5" thick.

thanks for the file/data.
I have some questions.
I plan on using a rigid piece from the dust boot to approximately the height of where the support bracket is attached. I have one of the clear view dust boots that Kevin offers (the magnetic configuration is amazing).
I have yet to install anything.
Did i understand you correctly that you had to drill and tap the aluminum block of the Z servo support?

Yes, in the picture above you can see the stainless 1/4-20 fastener that secures the hose support piece. It's only 1/2" long so a 1/4" deep threaded hole is all that is required.
