Is anyone using a Donek drag knife to cut custom cardboard boxes?

I've been using a polished 5/8" ball end bit that I made from a 1/2" bolt and a 1/4" 2 flute downcut bit to cut 4x8 single wall cardboard sheets for my custom packaging.

The creases are great, but the cuts are ragged and require cleanup before folding the boxes.

I have attached a toolpath preview of what I'm cutting.

Is this something that would be practical to cut with a drag knife?

I haven’t cut cardboard for folding boxes, but I have cut flattened/opened cardboard boxes to makes shapes like circles and squares with a donek drag knife. Works great. There’s a drag knife gadget in vectric to create a toolpath for cutting. it’s needed because the knife has to be turned in a special way for X/Y changes in direction. Donek has some video links on their site that you should check out.
