I am working on a project cutting parts out of printed carbon fiber sheets. The countersink on my drill holes is chipping the print off of the surface of the material. The part itself and the drill holes are cutting fine, it's just the print on the material I'm having issues with. Would adjusting the spindle speed on the countersink help?

Here's a picture of what the print is doing.

I'd guess the countersink isn't cutting cleanly. So increasing RPM and slowing Z might help. Is the countersink sharp?
