Concrete Mold

I have a solidworks model of a mold I need machined from high density urethane boards or the Formular XPS sheets sold at china depot that would be glued together for the size and then machined. I can save solidworks to dxf or stl or whatever. Anyone interested in giving me a price? Approximate size: 36 x 24 x 10" H

Mold will be used for forming a refractory concrete cap on my outdoor fireplace I will build this spring.

I figured as much! Thanks Jim. What flavor of file extension would you want. I have to wait until winter is over here and then start laying the block and firebrick. Once I have it up to the right height I can get my as built dimensions and make any corrections to the model.
