Have you tried to slow it down and see if you get better results? I run my Cobra at 500 ipm and 18000 rpm,in 3/4 ply to get the best cut results.
May want to play with some scrap on that.

Plans are to send the old blown supply back to Camaster to be "rebuilt" to have as a spare-just in case....
