Sorry about the mixup with the cables. Try a couple of different extensions thru their phone system to see if you can get thru to a live person. They're usually quick to resolve problems.

It'll fit. Just cut a hole in that wall and hang the back half of the machine out of it. It being completely exposed to the outdoors shouldn't affect the spoilboard too much. :D
