Default A quick model.... Did Some Additional Work To It

Had a request. I don't care for it over all. I'm going to tweak it some before getting approval. The client is a crematorium that does pets. The space between the text and paw, was intentional, to add pets name and dates if desired.

Whats not to like? I think it looks great and will most surely be appreciated by the recipient. Nice job.

Looks good, but I would remove all 3d parts (keep the paw print).
My reason is the with all that 3d work the cut and finishing time would it so you wound not make any money on them.

Kyle has a point relative to price point, but if you can get the money for the "deluxe" version with the carving, then it's great. There are many pet owners who will pay a premium for something more involved so as long as you can make your rate for the time required to cut, great.

That said, your model is very nice! Great work. I like the stepped feature. If you need to compromise just a little to decrease the time, simply doming the heart will give some depth while speeding up the 3D cutting time because the Z-height will be smoother in how it varies along the raster.

I appreciate the comments.
The cut time isn't as bad as one might think. I added a little draft to the components, so the Z doesn't have to step up 90deg.
As mentioned, there is a slight dome to the model. It doesn't show well in the render, since it's only slight, with a texture.

I think these should do well, based from the urns that I'm already making for the same company. They made the request for something like this, so I'll submit the render and pricing for their feedback. I can create a 2D or 2.5D, if they want to reduce cost.

I modeled a wing and added to the heart. I want to do some more work on the wing, but after several hours, I decided to call it quits for now.

Well, I do pet memorials as well, & unless your cutting time is exorbitant, you should have no problem getting what you need for them, as is. People have $$$ & will gladly part with it for a memorial for a beloved pet. I like the "slate" appearance of your model.
