Where on earth can you find mdf that big?

There is a lumber yard in this area that was named Cedar Creek (they changed their name). They carry all kinds of lumber. My spoilboard started out as a 60”x120x1.125”. A lot of CNC’s use this as the “base” for the table top.

You can find 5x10 or 5x12 MDF at most lumber wholesalers. Not an unusual size at all. You might have to strike up a relationship with a local cabinet shop to have them order a piece if you need it.

Hood Distribution has been my goto and the pricing isn't bad at all.
I bought 4x12 sheets recently for $33 a piece, but it was only 1/2" for a project of mine.

You will also need a few friends bribed with a few adult beverages to help lift it. :)
