I mentioned this to another forum member who is looking for an Aspire license as the one that came with his machine isn't transferable. (third owner)

I transferred mine from the previous owner and upgraded it at the same time.
Just needed a letter from previous owner and bill of sale.

Current policy is one transfer. I confirmed with the OP off-line so he could confirm his license is transferable. This is a good deal for someone who wants/needs Aspire and doesn't have an upgradeable VCP license for whatever reason.
