miter folding chemetal on mdf

Any body have any recommendations on feed speed and rpm's? I've never cut aluminum on the cnc but have done my share of miter folding with the amana 91* bit. The aluminum is you garden variety of colored solid aluminum. I just did some furniture leg where I had to stick it on and hand route it off leaving the shiny aluminum at the joints. I would like to avoid that if possible.
