Just a note about the spoilboard wizard.

Many uses think the depth of cut, feed rate, spindle speed etc etc are default ..... there not you can override them by using the pull down menu next to the one you want to override. NOTE if you set depth of cut 1.000 inch you will get 1.000 inch cut.

The pull down menu at the top of the program to select your machine, is using values from the Camaster website. You can select Stinger I and run the program on a 508 ATC machine ..... I was trying to keep it simple.

Prior to running the program lower the router bit till it touches your material (most lightly MDF) .... no need to be really exact, I use a piece of paper. Leave the router bit touching the material. Start the spoilboard wizard and enter your values.

I don't remember how I wrote the program and I am not at my computer so I can't check the code.

At the end of a toolpath run if the spindle / router lifts up simple jog the spindle / router above your material and type Z0 (zero) to set the router on top of the material surface .... this is where you started.
