Default Is Cabinet parts pro still in business?

The support page email throws an error and the email link Gary posted seemed to go through, but I haven't heard a word back. It's been over a week now.

I haven't tested whether or not the website processes credit cards:)

I have been having the same problem. I like the software but scared to pay for it with no support.

I have found that you can buy CPP from the shopbot website so they may be able to give support.

I still haven't heard back, it been quite a while.

If you are building cabs for a living give Mozaik a try.

I second the Mozaik suggestion. Good software, reasonable monthly charge, continuous improvement. Have run across few cabinets we couldn't make with it. I know CPP is cheap, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

CPP is a powerful little program for what it is, We have several other cabinet design programs

CPP is not a deign program, it is a box builder , that said we cut 100 -200 sheets cases, doors, drawer fronts and related parts a weeek with it and have done so for quite a few years

Like has been said it is in expensive Yet i see cheap as a level of quality, which by the standard Ryan has placed on it it is not cheap,

Honestly I wish it was supported better but Ryan has a Career and built this little program for his own shop, Well worth 250.00 if you wanna build boxes !

Did you check junk folder. I contacted them and thought they hadn't responded but later found it there

It kind of worked ok for me if you only nested a few cabinets. If you nested more than 5 or so, it locked up.

I built my own for my needs. If anyone wants a copy pm me your email.
I consist of an excel spreadsheet, you must have excel to use it.
Then a gadget installed in vectric gadgets folder.

You enter your paramaters and hit the calculate button. Then with the gadget you import. The last part is if you build your own toolpath template, you can have it apply to the layers.

Now my x and y are flipped from most of you, so that may be another challenge, but it does function quite well for me. I have the X as my long axis.

If you dig into what I have done, you are welcome to modify it and share.

I can go from nothing to cutting in less than a minute, but it only does one cabinet at a time. I copy, paste, and rearrange as needed.

The long and short of it is that Ryan has not attended to business very well over the last few years. Sad, because the program had good promise should he have kept at it. Even worse he has not attended to the needs of his customers, mostly by being MIA.

My advise would be to run, not walk, away from CabinetPartsPro
