Default WinCNC and J Tech 7 watt laser issue

We setup our new Stinger 1 with "Fully Integrated J Tech 7 Watt Laser" with high expectations for it to work. Truly a turn key solution. Well that is not the case. Setup the file to be lasered. The Tech Support folks have no answer at this time. They have logged into our machine and done recoding and test. No solution yet. The laser does not turn on when it is supposed to. It turns on when it is not supposed to. The Stinger moves for the file design, but no laser burning when it is supposed to.
How many of you out there have experienced this same issue? Or am I alone?
Frustrated New Stinger owner.

This is a brand new feature (the laser on the Stinger) so there are not many folks here with it yet. Please keep working with Tech support. They WILL get you up and running. It sounds like something isn't connected (physical) or configured (software) correctly.
