Default sharp corners

Hi All
I have a question regarding making sharp corners with a V bit.
I am making this glass panel door and would like to have a bevel on the inside of each small triangle around to use as a stop for the glass. When I try to do this in Vcarve using the profile pass, I keep getting a rounded outside corner when I want a sharp outside corner. Can someone direct me to the best method? (btw, I did check sharp corners )
thanks
Brian

Offset a line on both sides the original line. Then do a simple vcarve tool path. It will give you a nice beveled transition at each corner. You bit will carve air half the time.
