Memory cap on turn on Switch,, If I rememeber correctly a "Mini" Cobra was smaller machines 4 x 4, 3 x 6 and various sizes built before the add of the Stinger

I have a good friend who had a custom build of 3 x 6

there were a few and I mean a few original sitngers which are not like the ones you know today as the table tops, they had bases and ran on Mach three, I think there were only three of those machines. sen me a photo and i will tell you what I know.

I see it has Mach 3 but do not let that stop you, Mach 3 is a capable controller.

it also has the 3.25 porter cable router, workhorse of a router and easily repairable ,, i have 5 of them and all we ever fixed were brushes, som are 10 + years old

That's a darn sturdy looking machine!

Most likely could also be converted to a more current controller if one desired....Gary Campbell would be a good resource to talk to about that. Centroid or WinCNC or "worst case", Mach-4.

Thank you.
I am familiar with the router. I've been using a couple of them for a good 20 years in my router tables. Just a thought as this one would require a lot of upgrading.
