ATC not picking up tools and colliding

Hello everyone, I just got my machine few days ago and I tried to start my very first job today but I ran into a problem of the spindle not picking up the tools. It looks like the tool slot is not aligned with the machine.

Initially I had the tool cone in there but the spindle just bumps it out and drop down ruining the bits.

That also bended the tool changer a little bit (~1 degree)

Anyone have same experience before?
