Just bought a 1 year old stinger in really good condition. Got to start it up and it wont move. I get a reset e-stop c1 alarm when I try to do anything. I've checked the e-stop. It's out and functional. Everything in the cabinet is green. Checked all the voltages. Any advice?

Close and open the estop circuit a few times to make sure it is all the way out. Double check that the serial cables are completely seated and hooked up to the correct input on the computer. Double check wiring all over to make sure nothing has shifted or come loose.

I did all that. Still the same thing. I have not found a loose or bad connection anywhere.

If it was me, I had plugged the cable into the wrong port on the computer.

Have you tried reseating the PCI cards inside the PC?? Sometimes they jar loose in transit...just a thought.
