Default Lightweight or standard mdf

Hey guys I have a panther 408 eight with a hurricane vacuum down system for the spoil board do you guys like light weight MDF or standard MDF better for holding Parts down .
I cut mostly melamine and prefinished plywood thanks for any help

Standard MDF from Lowe’s did not work properly for me. Ultralight MDF works great.

I have used ultralight and also LDF. Currently have an LDF spoilboard on the machine. Both worked well.
