Just keep them in mind because even with shipping costs, sometimes it's the better play if it's the right machine.

There have been a few machines I remember coming up for sale in that general geography over the past couple of years, but it doesn't happen often nor do they stay unsold very long. Most of the time it's been because someone is upgrading to bigger/more features, too. You might touch bases with the sales team at Camaster and let them know that if they are working on upgrading someone that they can let their customer know you are interested in a pre-owned machine of a certain size, etc. They are nice folks. And who knows, they may make you aware of a good deal on new, too.

If you see a nice machine and all it needs is to be hauled, there are equip moving company's that will load, move and unload, even set it up and everything if you need.
It would be worth it in time and cost savings for the right machine.

I live smack dab in the middle of the country. I ended up buying a machine from Wyoming and having it shipped. I lucked out that it was still crated (never been used) but it was easy to get moved. Don't let location narrow your scope. If you find the machine you want at a good price just realize that it can be moved. There have been a ton of people that have moved machines on this forum so if you have any questions feel free to ask.
